SAICA Trainee Accountant

The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient administration of medical accounts, including the processing and follow-up of medical aid claims, patient billing, and account reconciliations. The Medical Accounts Administrator will act as a key liaison between patients, doctors, and medical schemes, ensuring that all queries are resolved professionally and timeously. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of the practice by maintaining accurate records, managing outstanding accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and professional telephone etiquette.
