Risk, Legal & Compliance Intern

Background

Digivort Technologies is hiring motivated interns and entry-level professionals (last year’s graduations) to join our team. We are looking for high-energy individuals eager to gain hands-on experience and drive growth in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing company contracts, NDAs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support data protection compliance (e.g., GDPR, local privacy regulations) across digital operations.
• Research regulatory frameworks affecting IT, cybersecurity, and digital service operations.
• Help conduct internal compliance checks and maintain the startup’s risk registers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Law (LL.B), Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and legal research skills.
• Familiarity with technology laws, data privacy, or IP rights is a strong advantage.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
