About the Raw Material Intake Internship Role The primary responsibility of this internship is to monitor, weigh, record, and report all raw materials transferred from the Raw Material Warehouse into the Intake Pit.

The role is essential for enhancing inventory accuracy, material traceability, stock reconciliation, and controlling raw material losses. Interns will verify and weigh raw materials before intake, ensuring all movements are precisely documented to maintain production accountability.

Key Responsibilities for Raw Material Intake Internship Jobs in Siavonga Monitor and verify all raw materials transferred from the warehouse to the intake system. Individually weigh raw materials according to approved procedures before intake.

Accurately record each material movement using the designated intake recording system or register. Ensure no raw material is accepted into the intake system without proper documentation and verification.

Confirm material identification details, including product name, batch or lot number, and quantities. Report immediately any discrepancies between physical materials and accompanying documentation.

Prevent duplicate entries, omissions, and errors in quantity or material identification.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements Minimum requirement:

• Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory).

Diploma or certificate in any of the following fields is an advantage:

Stores Management Inventory Management Procurement & Supply Chain Management Accounting Business Administration Data Management Statistics or related disciplines Strong attention to detail, integrity, discipline, and accountability are essential.
