Quantity Surveying (QS) Graduate Trainee

A construction company based in Harare is urgently looking for a QS trainee who is ready to
start work immediately.

JOB TITLE: QS GRADUATE TRAINEE

Job Description
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
• Update estimates using tender results, historical data, and market rates.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and measurements support (as required).
• Help compile documentation for quotations/tender submissions.
• Support the measurement and valuation of variations and dayworks.
• Ensure contract correspondence and cost documents are properly filed.
• Support site visits to understand the scope and progress.
• Work according to company policies, reporting templates, and procedures
• Take responsibility of preparing and circulating daily and weekly production reports
to keep all stakeholders informed of project status.

Requirements
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying
• A clean class 4 driver’s license is a must
• A minimum of one year field experience
