Purpose of Job To provide operational directions and to manage the plant, its financial resources and its people in a safe and cost-effective manner, resulting in the production of quality newsprint products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Creative and strategic thinking
• Leadership and coaching ability
• Proven experience of plant maintenance, newspaper print production, industrial relations, administration and business strategy.
• Previous Plant Management experience
• A minimum of 15 years post apprenticeship training experience in the field of printing.
• A diploma or degree in Printing would be an advantage.
