Who You Are:
✔ Bilingual Communicator: Fluent or highly competent in both Chinese and English, possessing a strong capability in general business communication.
✔ Highly Organised Administrator: An exceptionally structured individual who excels at managing day-to-day administrative tasks, meeting notes, and action schedules.
✔ Data & Systems Savvy: Possess excellent Excel skills with a proven track record of preparing trackers, reporting tables, and basic summaries.
✔ Outcome & Follow-up Driven: Able to work effectively under pressure, follow up rigorously on outstanding matters, and see tasks through to full completion.
✔ Discreet & Professional: Deeply trustworthy, maintaining absolute confidentiality across all sensitive executive and corporate communications.
✔ Accurate & Reliable: Rigorous attention to detail, ensuring that cross-lingual communication, corporate messages, and operational instructions are interpreted precisely.
Your Responsibilities:
✔ Cross-Cultural Communication Support: Facilitate the general translation and clear communication flow between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking management, shareholders, suppliers, or business partners.
✔ Digital & Written Coordination: Assist with written corporate messages, emails, WhatsApp communications, and business instructions to bridge understanding between all parties.
✔ Meeting Administration & Interpretation: Participate in strategic meetings where interpretation or clarification is required, subsequently preparing comprehensive meeting notes, action lists, and follow-up schedules.
✔ Operational Tracker Maintenance: Utilise advanced Excel functionalities to build and maintain robust action trackers, task lists, communication schedules, and progress reports.
✔ Executive & PA Assistance: Support management with general Executive Assistant duties, ensuring the office administration system remains highly organised, up to date, and functional.
✔ Strategic Management Reporting: Prepare structured reporting tables, basic reconciliations, and dashboard summaries to provide management with accurate information for critical business decision-making.
