Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individual intervention plans. Provide therapy aimed at improving clients’ functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills. Monitor and document client progress. Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, counsellors, teachers, and other professionals. Educate clients, parents, caregivers, and staff on appropriate therapeutic strategies. Maintain accurate client records and prepare progress reports. Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and institutional programmes.
