Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily meat processing operations to meet production targets.
- Oversee processing activities including cutting, deboning, portioning, and value-added product manufacturing.
- Improve production yields, minimize waste, and optimize resource use.
- Develop and maintain operational systems, SOPs, and performance controls.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage production planning, inventory control, cold chain management, and dispatch coordination.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing operations in meat processing or food manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in commercial meat processing plant management, including meat cutting, yield management, cost control, HACCP/GMP compliance, production planning, and quality assurance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build accountable, high-performing teams.
