Marketing Officer

The Role

EcoHive Energy Systems is seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, producing engaging content and strengthening EcoHive’s market presence across Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google.
• Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Create engaging graphics, videos and written content.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and events..
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Build relationships with media partners and other stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and referral campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in digital marketing or brand management.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media marketing.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
