Key Responsibilities
mentor and develop graduate engineers and technical staffproviding strategic leadership to the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, with a Master's Degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
At least 20 years' post-graduate experience in a reputable engineering consultancy, including the design, supervision and management of:Electrical distribution projects up to 66k
V;Transmission projects up to 220k
V; and
Building services engineering projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of current engineering standards and Botswana utility requirements.
Current membership of a recognized professional engineering institution (e.g.
BIE).
Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB), supported by a valid practicing certificate.
Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, projects and client relationships.
Valid Class B driver's license.
