We are looking for four (4) dedicated Kitchen Hands to join our professional mining catering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Receive and store stock following FIFO procedures.
- Support chefs during meal preparation and service.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
- Understand that you will work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
