Key Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Refill cleaning and sanitation supplies.
• Support hygiene compliance throughout the kitchen.
• Follow all health, safety, and HACCP requirements.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Understand that you will work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
