Key Accounts Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned key customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure excellent account management.
  • Manage promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and account performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for new product listings and business expansion.
  • Follow payment collections and keep healthy ageing report.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing modern trade and key accounts.
