Junior/Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor (Junior / Mid-Level) to join their Krugersdorp-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing QS professional to gain exposure across a range of construction and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on public and municipal sector work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing preliminary and detailed cost estimates
• Compile Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
• Support tender evaluations (technical and financial) and reporting
• Assist in preparing project budgets, cost reports, and cashflows
• Support monthly valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
• Assist with contract administration across GCC, JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC frameworks
• Support procurement processes including RFQs and RFPs
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records
• Work closely with senior QS staff to meet project deadlines
