Junior AI Agent / Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior AI Agent / Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for artificial intelligence, technology, and business process improvement. You will assist with implementing AI tools, creating AI-powered workflows, supporting automation projects, and helping teams leverage AI to improve efficiency.

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of AI tools and solutions.

• Create and manage AI assistants, prompts, and automated workflows.

• Support the automation of routine business processes.

• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and best practices.

• Test AI solutions and troubleshoot basic issues.

• Provide user support and training on AI applications.

• Document AI processes and maintain accurate records.

• Perform general administrative and project support duties as required.

• Matric (Grade 12).

• Relevant tertiary qualification or studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field will be advantageous.

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

• Interest in AI technologies such as ChatGPT and business automation tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
