What you'll be doing: -Moderate all customer reviews and respond to email queries in Italian and English -Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned -Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication -Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for reviews moderation and email response and service levels -Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures -Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
Minimum Requirements: -Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 -Strong command of the English and Italian language -Previous customer service experience
Salary: -Total: R20 000 (CTC) neg Benefits: -Core Benefits: After 2 years (provident fund, group life, funeral etc.)
