Minimum Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications would be an advantage
- 4+ years' IT support experience.
- Previous experience with an outsourced IT / Managed Service Provider (MSP) firm would be highly advantageous
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Experience with DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with Hyper-V or Proxmox virtualization.
- WHM/cPanel Hosting experience would be an advantage
- FortiGate Firewalls experience would be an advantage
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to get to work (pool car available for client site visits)
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across client environments
Duties will include but is not limited to:- Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including user administration and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and support Windows Server environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking infrastructure.
- Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V or Proxmox.
- Support hosting environments including WHM/cPanel.
- Assist with cybersecurity and firewall management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client environments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication to clients.
- Participate in occasional after-hours support when required.
