Minimum requirements:
- A qualification in BCom Accounting or a related field is beneficial but not essential
- 3–5 years’ experience in the service industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional resilience when handling emotionally demanding situations
- Proficiency in preparing customised reports
- Confidence presenting at Executive Committee (EXCO) level
- Experience working with multiple brands or entities
