Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on clients needing IT talent and technology-focused staffing solutions.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery calls, qualifying prospects, and presenting suitable solutions based on client requirements.
  • The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and product/service demonstrations to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • The specialist will maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication, performance reviews, and upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaboration with internal recruiting and delivery teams to align client expectations with candidate pipelines is essential. The role also includes tracking sales activities in a CRM, preparing regular sales reports, and staying current on trends in information technology, staffing, and talent solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to understand client environments, services, and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting, including cold outreach, networking, and using digital channels to build a robust pipeline.
  • Account Management experience, with the ability to nurture relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing, talent solutions, or technology services.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • Experience using CRM tools and basic sales analytics to manage opportunities and forecast results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams in a fast-paced startup setting.
