About the Human Resources Officer Role As a Human Resources Officer at Chillerton Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for our site-based team. This includes managing recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.

The position demands a hands-on approach to support a workforce of over 100 employees, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and fostering a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit for site staff.

Administer payroll and ensure timely, accurate salary processing. Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.

Implement disciplinary procedures in line with company policy and labour laws. Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs. Candidate Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.

Mandatory registration with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) and a valid practising certificate. A minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years managing HR for teams of 100+ employees.

Proven experience in payroll management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters. Full Grade 12 Certificate.

Valid driving licence.
