Job role
Collaborates with departmental heads to develop an integrated business plan and budget, ensuring that people management initiatives are strategically aligned with organizational objectives and support sustainable performance.
Implements HR policies to meet the needs of the business strategy and business plan.
Implementation of comprehensive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Ensures full compliance with internal policies/ standards, statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Acts as a strategic partner in maintaining industrial harmony, dispute resolution, safeguarding organizational integrity, and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
Compiles weekly and monthly HR related reports.
Manage and optimize utilization of the Company Human Resources Management Information System.
Must have skills
Negotiation Conflict Resolution Effective Communication Attention to Detail

Qualifications
BSc Honours Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or equivalent
Membership of a professional body is preferred
