Position: HR/Admin Officer
Location: Harare
Reports to: Managing Director / HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and organized HR/Admin Officer to manage human resources functions and day-to-day administrative operations. This dual-role position requires a professional who can handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and office management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems.
• Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee office administration, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
• Draft internal communications and ensure policy implementation.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR and/or Admin role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Salary & Application Instructions:
Offered salary is between USD $300 – $600 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
