Hotel Manager

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

A well-established 3-Star Hotel in Lusaka is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive business growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years in a hotel management role.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing, financial management, and customer service skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with hotel management systems is an added advantage).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Supervise all hotel departments and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and operational plans.
• Recruit, train, and lead hotel staff.
