Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in selling high-end or premium products.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
