• Engage with customers through social media platforms, responding promptly and professionally.
• Support website content updates and maintenance.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance graphic design, marketing campaigns, video production, and content creation.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in social media, design, AI technology, and digital marketing strategies.
• Assist with photography and video content production to support marketing initiatives.
• Candidate Requirements Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Basic skills in website management and video editing are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for creative and marketing purposes.
