Financial and Administrative Services (Chief Financial Officer)

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, treasury, accounting, and reporting processes.

• Ensure strict compliance with governance policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.

• Manage risk and facilitate effective audit and governance practices.

• Supervise grants administration and facilities management to support operational efficiency.

• Drive the development of the Finance Division through strategic leadership and team development.

Duties:

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to inform executive decision-making.

• Maintain financial health through effective cash flow management and financial controls.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial strategies supporting organizational objectives.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years’ senior financial management experience.

• Proven track record in strategic financial leadership within the healthcare or government sectors.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance, and risk management.

• Relevant financial qualifications (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Familiarity with the following:

• Government healthcare operational frameworks.

• Grant management and facilities administration.

• Financial reporting standards and audit processes.
