Position: Finance Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the Company’s financial planning and reporting.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Manage cash flow, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Monitor financial performance and internal controls.
Lead the finance team and support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
MBA is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting.
5 years experience in finance
Excellent analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, decision making and communication skills
