We invite applications for three full-time positions on a 1-year fixed-term contract. About the Field Inspection Officer Jobs in Lusaka As a Field Inspection Officer, you will play a vital role in verifying client information and ensuring the integrity of loan applications.

Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and reliability of LOLC Finance Zambia’s client data and asset management. Key Responsibilities Conduct visits to clients’ homes and business premises to verify residential and business addresses.

Authenticate information provided in loan applications to support credit decisions. Assess and confirm parking locations for financed vehicles.

Capture and submit GPS coordinates of client locations and vehicle parking areas using digital tools. Take clear photographs of residences, business premises, and parking facilities as part of inspections.

Complete detailed inspection checklists and prepare comprehensive field verification reports. Submit inspection findings within established turnaround times to ensure timely processing.

Identify and report discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, and associated risks during inspections. Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspections conducted.

Operate company motorcycles responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to road safety regulations. Comply fully with company policies and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous sales experience is an advantage. Valid motorcycle rider’s licence is required.

At least one year of relevant experience in field verification, collections, delivery services, or similar roles. Good knowledge of Lusaka’s local routes and geographical areas.

Proficiency in using smartphones and digital reporting applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Core Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
