Key Responsibilities for Farm Supervisor Jobs in Mazabuka Oversee daily farming operations, ensuring adherence to timing and quality standards specific to sugar cane cultivation. Implement and manage farm resource plans and activity schedules effectively.

Continuously monitor farm performance and introduce improvements to boost productivity. Ensure proper use and management of materials and farm inputs to optimize resources.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments, preparing detailed reports for management review. Maintain discipline and foster a positive working environment within the farm team.

Record daily farm activity data accurately for integration into Cane Pro systems. Support management in aligning labour needs with the farm’s operational plan.

Enhance team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Identify and report potential risks to management promptly.

Supervise service providers to ensure compliance with established standards. Qualifications and Experience Required Grade 12 School Certificate.

Diploma in Agriculture or a related discipline. Preferably a minimum of three years’ experience in sugar cane agriculture.

Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and allocating resources efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
