MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture (or equivalent extensive practical experience)
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in commercial farming, including livestock and cash crops
- Proven ability to manage labour, production schedules, and farm operations
- Strong practical knowledge of machinery, inputs, and basic cost control
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to live and work in a rural environment
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO - To oversee day-to-day operations across livestock and cash crop production, including macadamia, tobacco, and cattle.
- The role involves managing planting and harvesting schedules, supervising labour, coordinating inputs, and ensuring efficient use of equipment and infrastructure.
- Livestock management, staff supervision, cost control, compliance, and regular reporting to senior management.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised, and experienced in managing people, crops, and livestock in a commercial farming environment.
