ERP Systems Engineer (Hybrid)

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and deploy ERP environments.
• Manage system upgrades, patches and migrations.
• Support new customer implementations and live environments.
• Investigate incidents, performance issues and technical failures.
• Assist with integrations, data migrations and solution design.
• Work with consultants, developers and project teams.
• Guide customers and explain technical matters clearly.
• Maintain environment records, deployment guides and technical standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ ERP support experience.
• Practical ERP deployment and implementation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
• Experience supporting multiple customer environments.
• Exposure to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, web services and virtual machines.
• Integration, data migration and performance tuning experience is beneficial.

Education

• Degree, diploma or equivalent IT qualification.
• ERP, cloud or Microsoft-related certifications are advantageous.

• Independent, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
