What You'll Need

Experience: 2-5 years in relevant roles
Hands-on experience with HR transformation projects
Strong competency building integrations using SAP/ Workday Studio or similar tools
Experience integrating SAP with Identity Management and Payroll systems
Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP systems
Knowledge of HR process flows with ability to build transformation logic and model data
Experience with unit and end-to-end testing

Desirable Skills

Leading functional areas on client-facing Workday projects from design through deployment
Understanding E2E HR/HCM business processes and data migration requirements
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Innovative problem-solving approach
Self-starter attitude with strong collaborative skills
