A construction company based in Harare is urgently looking for a Driver who is ready to
start work immediately.

JOB TITLE: DRIVER

Job Description
 Drive company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and equipment to and from construction sites.
 Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods/loads as required.
 Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (water, oil, tyres, brakes, lights, and general condition).
 Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the vehicle assigned.
 Report any mechanical faults or accidents immediately to management.
 Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving guidelines.
 Assist with loading and offloading when necessary (within reasonable duties).
 Keep basic records of trips, fuel usage, and any incidents as required.
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors.

 Ability to work responsibly in a busy construction environment.
 Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
 Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures strictly.
 Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight delivery schedules.

Requirements
 Valid class 2 driver’s license and a defensive driving certificate is a must.
 Proven experience as a driver (construction transport experience is an added advantage).
 Knowledge of vehicle safety checks and road regulations.
 Ability to drive company vehicles safely in and around construction sites.
 Must be available to start work immediately.
