Job Brief
A Prima consulting firm is looking for a Confident Sales Agents with a serious attitude to sell high-value, quality Coaching Training & Marketing Solutions and services. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve set targets and objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. They will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities
• Rapidly “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, social media, etc.)
• Apply discussed and agreed matrix in addition to KPIs/ KRAs and evaluate effectiveness
• Nurture and Grow customer base through valuable relationships.
• Develop and Nurture the market and its revenue potential.
• Consistent harvesting of the valuable market through rapid closing of deals
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide valuable insights and timely feedback to management.
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

- Self-motivated and results oriented
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
