About the Role:

District Field Coordinator Jobs in Zambia The District Field Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing agent performance and customer credit management in the assigned districts of Mkushi, Kapiri Mposhi, Chongwe, Katuba, Chingola, Chililabombwe, Monze, Lusaka Urban, Lusaka West, and Mumbwa.

This full-time position requires active field engagement, agent supervision, and proactive recovery of inactive solar systems to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Agent Supervision and Performance Management:

• Provide training and ongoing support to agents to help them meet sales targets and maintain portfolio quality.
• Monitor agent activities and productivity in collaboration with the management team.
• Drive agent engagement and reactivation efforts, ensuring consistent field presence and support.
• Conduct joint sales visits, installations, and customer onboarding for newly onboarded agents.
• Organize monthly performance review meetings to address challenges and improve agent outcomes.

Credit Management and Collections:

• Oversee management of customers in Out of Credit (OOC) status through field visits and follow-ups.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Support to align field and call centre efforts.
• Perform customer home visits to resolve payment issues and support collections.
• Lead system reclaims from defaulting customers following company policy.
• Support early intervention to prevent long-term customer defaults.

Administrative and Logistics Support:

• Manage stock control professionally and assist with logistics.
• Maintain organized storage of signed contract copies.
• Candidate Requirements Extensive prior experience in field work, preferably within sales or distribution.
• At least four years of sales experience.
• Must reside within the district of operation applied for.
• Ownership of a motorbike and possession of a valid motorbike license (essential).
• Diploma qualification in any subject.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
