This role encompasses all ZRA tax categories, including Customs and Domestic Taxes, ensuring effective management of taxpayer engagement and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities of the Director Manage segmented services tailored to medium, small, and informal taxpayers in Lusaka Region.

Coordinate and implement compliance activities across all ZRA tax types. Ensure efficient execution of service-related business processes to improve taxpayer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and leverage opportunities within the tax environment. Qualifications and Experience Candidates should possess relevant professional and academic qualifications with demonstrated experience in tax administration, management, or related fields.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to operate in a fast-changing business environment are essential.
