Job Description:
- Manage residential developments from concept to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial modelling
- Drive planning approvals and liaise with municipal authorities
- Oversee design development, procurement, and construction
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and quality
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
Skills & Experience: - Lead project feasibility assessments and commercial evaluations
- Coordinate planning, regulatory approvals, and municipal processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Development Manager within the South African residential property development sector
- Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of South African planning legislation, municipal approval processes, and development regulations
- Advanced feasibility modelling and financial analysis skills
Qualification:- BTech/ BEng/ BSc Architecture, Property Development, Construction Management, or a related Built Environment field
