Job description
The National Assembly of Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Curriculum, Development, Research and Training Officer (x1).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, reviewing and updating training curricula and learning materials.
- Support planning and delivery of training and professional development programmes.
- Assist in conducting applied research and preparing research outputs and publications.
- Support integration of research findings into training programmes and learning resources.
- Assist in coordination of facilitators, researchers and subject-matter experts.
- Prepare routine technical reports on curriculum, training and research activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Law, Political Science, Public Policy or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in curriculum development, training support or research activities.
