We are looking for a highly motivated Collections and Recoveries Analyst to join a dynamic Credit Risk team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to use analytical insights to optimize collections and recovery strategies, improve portfolio performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze collections and recoveries portfolios to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate collections and recovery strategies to maximize effectiveness and minimize losses.
Develop regular management reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Operations, and other business units.
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend process enhancements to improve recoveries and customer outcomes.
Ensure adherence to relevant risk management and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience in Collections, Recoveries, Credit Risk, Business Analytics, or a related environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, or Power BI will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
