This role is based within the Africa Digital & IT Transformation department. The Country Business Analyst CBA is expected to be self-sufficient, effectively managing their workload and priorities in alignment with the needs of the local business. Acting as a liaising and business partner. Working with cross-functional teams to identity value-add, growth and improvement opportunities. 

The role involves building strong working relationships with business functions in-market and across the region, enabling effective and smooth running of the business through Data & Technology.

The CBA is responsible for managing business applications, business processes and support users in their day-to-day business operations. Coordinating, planning and leading Digital and Technology related activities.
