LOCATION: Harare, Chinhoyi, Bulawayo, Bindura, Chiredzi, Gwanda, Gweru,Masvingo, Rusape, Mutare

A leading medical aid society in Zimbabwe is looking for highly motivated, focused, self driven and target driven individuals willing to learn and to join the medical aid /health insurance business within the locations mentioned with no prior experience but with passion for sales and marketing.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The marketing assistants will be responsible for driving membership growth promoting the medical aid society products and expanding the organization’s presence in the market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting and recruiting new individual and corporate members
Selling medical aid products to individuals and the informal sector
Conducting client presentations and product demonstrations
Providing market feedback and identifying growth opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5 ‘O’ level subjects graded C or better
Class 4 drivers license
Willingness to travel extensively and ability to adapt to the remote areas of Zimbabwe will be an added advantage.
