Minimum requirements:
- Completed degree, preferably BCom
- Very strong academic results
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude
- Must be professional
- Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
- Exceptional client service
- No relevant experience necessary
- Build continuous relationships with clients in order to identify their needs
- Be proactive in providing timely feedback to customers daily
- Engage with clients on any questions they may have regarding the various products and services
- Be diligent in updating the system and database with new information obtained from clients
- Create and maintain client files
- Take responsibility for the renewals of client policies
- Client retention
- Must be solution-orientated and provide resolution to clients in regard to any problems that may arise in relation to their short-term insurance policy
