CHINESE CHEF

Lumicasa Interiors (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Chinese Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Position: Chinese Chef
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Employment Type: Full-Time
Starting Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage food stock, storage, and inventory efficiently.
Minimise food wastage and maintain cost control.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.

Minimum Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts.
Proven experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine.
Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to quality and hygiene.
