We work with leading OEM brands, including: Bosch, Deutz, Mercedes-Benz, Perkins, Cummins, BAE Systems, and others. Experience working with these brands will be a strong advantage.

The Group is a market leader in motor engineering, specializing in:
- Engine remanufacturing
- Truck, bus, and heavy vehicle refurbishment and repairs
- Heavy and diesel fuel injection services
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Drive business development within the chrome and platinum mining sector
- Identify and implement training and development initiatives
- Manage projects within budget and agreed timelines
- Ensure optimal utilization of all resources, including technical teams and field service staff
- Maintain and grow key client relationships within mining operations
- Ensure on-site technicians effectively service key accounts
- Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve operational and service issues
- Support and drive technical sales performance
- Ensure all operations meet company standards, safety requirements, and KPIs
