Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Finance Recruitment Consultants.
- Drive branch profitability and overall business performance.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process.
- Drive cold calling and new business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships within the finance sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Train, mentor, and develop Recruitment Consultants to maximise performance and productivity.
- Ensure delivery against individual and team targets.
- Maintain high service delivery standards and ensure a quality-driven recruitment process.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recruitment insights.
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum 5 years’ external recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment is essential.
- Strong cold calling and business development experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience within recruitment.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop consultants.
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong track record of billing and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, office-based environment in Pretoria.
