Blow Moulding Operators

Department: Production

Operate and monitor blow moulding machines to produce PET bottles that meet quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor blow moulding machines
• Ensure correct bottle weight, shape and quality as per specifications
• Carry out basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Report defects, breakdowns and material wastage
• Maintain production and quality records
• Adhere to GMP, safety and hygiene standards

Minimum Qualification

• Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical or relevant field
• Experience in blow moulding in FMCG/Beverage plant is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years
