Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout service.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and drink preparation to meet quality standards.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with regulations.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and maintain accurate billing and receipts.
• Replenish bar inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stock checks, and equipment setup.
• Work closely with service staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and menu changes.
• Deliver an engaging and memorable guest experience through excellent service and presentation.
