Assistant Sales Officer

Job description

We are a leading fertilizer company inviting applications for six (6) temporary Assistant Sales Officers for a 5-month contract within the agricultural industry. These positions are located on the outskirts of Lusaka and require extensive travel. 

Key Responsibilities:

 – Promote and sell products and services to prospective clients.

 – Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.

 – Excution of our product under the e-voucher programme.

 – Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

 – Attend training sessions and actively apply what you learn.

 – Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

 – Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.

 – Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

 – Minimum Diploma in the agro-sales industry.

 – Familiarity with the e-voucher programme.

 – Clear track record of previous sales experience with traceable experience from the most recent employer.

 – Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

 – Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.

 – Willingness to learn and grow.
