Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers and processing approved payments.
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Maintain petty cash and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices and supplier payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
- Verify supporting documents before payments.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Retrieve and archive records appropriately.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

Qualification:
- Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
Location: Accra
Salary: GHC 5,000.00 take home per month
