Our legal client based in Roodepoort is seeking an Admitted Attorney to join their teamSalary: R30 000 CTC, based on experience
Minimum requirements:
- Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years post-admission experience
- Right of Appearance in the High Court
- Experience working with Municipalities and/or Government entities is essential
- Experience in banking and debt collection litigation will be advantageous
- Solid experience in High Court litigation
- In-depth knowledge of High Court Rules, directives, and court processes, including CaseLines and Court Online
- Strong legal drafting and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative
